Elliot was sentenced on Election Day to four months in prison, four months of home detention, 24 months of supervised release, and ordered to pay $10,539 in fines and restitution after he pleaded guilty to one charge of obstructing law enforcement. now feels.

The brutalities of murders, rapes mutilations, tortures, of innocent babies, children, women, and men, because they happened to have been born Jews, or they happened to be in a Jewish location at the time of the attacks. Furthermore, how so many people within several nations that are saying it’s the Jews that are at fault. That they are the occupiers, the aggressors, and that the Jews are committing Genocide. What is happening to society? Where is the
international outrage? To date, 120 plus hostages are still being held in Gaza, Medical exams of the released hostages revealed physical, sexual, and psychological abuse. Where is world condemnation on Hamas’s
intentional abuse, murder, and torture? 

Alex gave an update about what’s going on now in the IDF military operation, and he spoke in great detail why there is so much American support for Hamas, particularly in the college campuses.

According to reports, the proposal includes eliminating a year of yeshiva in America, and adding a year of High School for girls. 

This would close the age gap.

As first reported by Israeli frum media site B’Chadrei Chareidim, the delegation consists of R’ Slomovitz along with R’ Mottel Dick shlit”a, Rav Yehuda Svei shlit”a, and the Novominsker Rebbe shlit”a.

The roshei yeshivos are considering eliminating one year of high school or bais medrash, and possibly the primary grade in elementary school, thereby having bochurim by default enter shidduchim at a younger age and hopefully lessening the infamous age gap. However, none of the roshei yeshiva want to take on the awesome responsibility of causing such changes, thus they are turning to Rav Moshe Hillel Hirsch.

“We have a real problem here and we have to solve it,” an unnamed administrator of an American yeshiva told B’Chadrei. “Roshei Yeshivos held meetings a number of times in order to discuss the issue but nothing has really succeeded yet in solving the problem.”

“Roshei Yeshivos decided that the phenomenon of learning at a later age in Eretz Yisrael needs to end but they don’t want to take responsibility alone for such a fateful question. Therefore, a decision was made that a number of leading Roshei Yeshivos will travel to Eretz Yisrael for a few hours and consult with the one who leads the yeshivos in Eretz Yisrael, HaGaon HaRav Moshe Hillel Hirsch [who is originally from the US], and whatever he decides is what will happen.”

Yet, he is disappointed with the media, specifically referring to CNN presenter Christina Macfarlane who stated after her interview, “And just as we heard there from Rabbi Leo’s story, coming up we’ll hear similar stories from Palestinians,” and CNN anchor Christiane Amanpour calling the terror attack a ‘shootout.

Baila Sebrow, producer and host of The Definitive Rap sat down with Eric Gutman, a military veteran. Eric began his scientific
career as a research assistant for NASA at the age of 17. By age 21, he was a research scholar at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, a nuclear weapons lab in northern California, and subsequently he received his undergraduate degree in Applied Physics from Columbia University with concentrations in optics/lasers and nuclear physics. After working as a geophysicist in the oil industry, Eric received his graduate degree in Physics from the University of Chicago, where he specialized in relativity and cosmology, and as a graduate researcher at the Kavli Institute for Cosmological Physics, theoretically predicted interactions
between ordinary and dark matter.
Upon receiving his honorable
discharge from the United States Navy, Eric joined the faculty of Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions, and soon became one of the company’s most popular instructors in Chicago. Kaplan students would later rank Eric higher than any other GRE/SAT faculty member in the entire New York-Washington, D.C. region, a position he would hold until leaving the company to found The Best Test Prep. Eric was the lead writer of a GRE course for one of the country’s largest test preparation companies, recently authored a second GRE course for The Best Test Prep, and continues to provide instruction for the SAT, ACT, GRE, and GMAT. Around his busy schedule of serving as The Best Test Prep’s chief executive officer, Eric is an active member of Mensa and the Columbia University Alumni Representative Committee, for which he interviews students (not his own) for admission to Columbia. 

Eric talked about why he joined the navy, and the most contributing factor in that decision. 

He spoke about domestic terrorism, and how long did he served, as well as what was going on during that time in the world. 

Eric talked about his family, and the qualifications to join the navy, and the best part of being in the navy. 

He discussed his experience being orthodox, kosher food, davening, etc. while serving, and how his training in the U.S, Navy influenced his current career with both adolescents and adults. 

Eric shed some light on why he thinks we are seeing an increase in
adolescent and young adult crime, particularly school shootings.

Shea shared what he envisioned before he founded JCCMP, and he explained the types of services the organization offers. He went into details as to whom they service, and who can benefit from the organization.

Shea talked about the huge summit for JCON, and about industries hiring people who have achieved certificates for programs over those who have college degrees, as well as whether artificial intelligence will replace human intelligence.

Baila Sebrow, producer and host of The Definitive Rap sat down with economist and father Nate Hilger, who holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Stanford and a PhD in economics from Harvard. In 2020 he served as a lead policy consultant on early childhood and non-K12 child development issues. His work on the origins of success in children has been featured in the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Atlantic,
and others. 


Nates suggests that the key is to ask less of parents, not more. He argues that America should consider child development a public investment with a potentially monumental payoff, and that we need a New Deal-style program on the scale of Medicare to
drive this investment. He calls it Familycare and, as he explains, to
make it happen parents must organize to wield more unified political power on behalf of children, who he points out will always be the largest bloc of disenfranchised people in this country. 

Do parents have the necessary political juice? According to Nate, if they follow in the footsteps of people over 65 and focus on their broader shared interests, they can make a program like Familycare as politically sacred as Medicare and Social Security. As for what’s at stake, asking too much of parents results in lost opportunities that limit children’s success and make all of us worse off. His book The Parent Trap is tremendously hopeful. down with economist and father Nate Hilger, who holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Stanford and a PhD in economics from Harvard. In 2020 he served as a lead policy consultant on early childhood and non-K12 child development issues. His work on the origins of success in children has been featured in the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Atlantic,
and others. 


Nates suggests that the key is to ask less of parents, not more. He argues that America should consider child development a public investment with a potentially monumental payoff, and that we need a New Deal-style program on the scale of Medicare to
drive this investment. He calls it Familycare and, as he explains, to
make it happen parents must organize to wield more unified political power on behalf of children, who he points out will always be the largest bloc of disenfranchised people in this country. 

Do parents have the necessary political juice? According to Nate, if they follow in the footsteps of people over 65 and focus on their broader shared interests, they can make a program like Familycare as politically sacred as Medicare and Social Security. As for what’s at stake, asking too much of parents results in lost opportunities that limit children’s success and make all of us worse off. His book The Parent Trap is tremendously hopeful.

But not the Israelis! He explained to what was going in Israel on this festive day.  

Marc discussed the broadcasted shocking poll for the new government, and what the polls indicated. He shared his opinion about the signing of an agreement between Israel and
Poland that will allow the continuation of youth trips.

Marc discussed in great detail about the economic situation in Israel right now, including inflation, and Israel’s position on the war between Russia and Ukraine.

The interview concluded with Marc’s explanation about being an Apple Developer since 1983, and what his company has done recently in the advancement of technology.

The left can spy on presidential candidates, weaponize the justice system, invent crimes, spread hoaxes, and get Republicans thrown in jail for no reason. And they’ll always get away with it.

Three pathetic indictments. One pitiful conviction. Nobody fired or reprimanded. A colossal failure.

John Durham should be embarrassed. Yes he exposed the biggest political scandal in history, but he failed at his job, which is “prosecuting” crimes.

Ironically, the bombshell report he released this week is a huge win for the establishment.

Durham proved beyond doubt that the ‘Deep State’ is real. Yet he prosecuted merely three people, none of whom we have ever heard of, and two were acquitted.

Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page, Brennan, Hillary, Mueller, Rosenstein, Jim Baker, Andrew the Pitbull, and yes…Obama and Biden…conspired to spy on Trump and accuse him of colluding with Russia.

None has been charged with so much as jaywalking, and none were fired as a result of the probe.

As always, the leftist establishment got away with it. They won. We lost.

The biggest takeaway from the Durham probe was…wait for it..a REPORT! Not just any report. A damning report. Are we supposed to celebrate?

Here are the indisputable facts:

1. There has never been a shred of evidence that Trump colluded with Russia
2. The Clinton campaign was behind the entire Russia hoax
3. The fake Steele Dossier, upon which virtually the entire Russia hoax was based, was paid for by Hillary’s campaign
4. The FBI lied repeatedly to the courts to obtain a warrant to spy on a presidential campaign
5. The convictions of General Michael Flynn and George Papadapolous would never have happened, had there not been an investigation. They were ‘process crimes’ manufactured by the anti-Trump FBI.
6. The Mueller probe was initially led by Stzrok and Page, until it was discovered that they are rabid leftists who despise Trump
7. James Comey admitted under oath that he assured Trump on three separate occasions that he was not a subject of the Russia investigation. Trump urged Comey to make a public declaration, yet Comey repeatedly refused. That led to Trump firing Comey, which prompted the appointment of Mueller. Can you blame Trump for firing Comey? Would any of us have done differently?
8. Carter Page, the Trump staffer who was spied on by the FBI because of Russia ties, was known to be a CIA asset. Although the FBI was aware of this, attorney Kevin Clinesmith altered an email to hide this fact from the FISA court, to obtain a warrant to spy
9. British intelligence officials were unwilling to aid in the Russia hoax, because they knew that it was “devoid of predicating evidence.”
10. Former Intel officials, including CIA Director John Brennan, promoted the bogus Russia collusion narrative, despite knowing there was no evidence

While long forgotten, Trump was mocked and ridiculed in 2017 when he revealed he was wiretapped at Trump Tower. It turns out, that was the small tip of a very large iceberg.

When Trump threatened to fire Bob Mueller, he was accused of obstruction. He was compared to Nixon. It turns out, he would have been 100% correct to do so. It would have saved millions of wasted taxpayer dollars and endless heartache. In fact, some people believe that the reason Mueller was appointed in the first place, was an effort to lure Trump into firing him, which then would have been used by Pelosi to impeach Trump. However he did not take the bait.

Amazingly, at the time the Russia hoax investigation was ongoing, some “conservative” pundits insisted that we should let the probe play out, and allow Mueller to finish the job. While many of us were screaming from the rooftops that the entire thing was a Deep State witch-hunt, others said that we should “stay the course”.

Now some of those same people have turned into ‘Monday morning quarterbacks’. They are doing high-fives, and essentially saying “See! We knew it was a hoax all along.” They did the same thing with Covid, the Hunter Biden laptop, and other scandals.

Yet what is most astonishing, is that right now, other hoaxes are taking place. Trump is still being indicted on bogus charges. The Deep State is still weaponizing the justice system, targeting good people like Elon Musk and others.

Some people are brave enough to speak the truth–not years later when John Durham gives them permission. But early on, when it’s unpopular. When it can get them banned from Youtube and Facebook for ‘disinformation’.

We need to call out the swamp, and prevent them from targeting and destroying anyone who does not support their narrative.

Otherwise, we may all eventually find ourselves in the crosshairs of the ‘Deep State’.
 

One of the questions that have remained unanswered about the atrocities committed by those who viewed Jews as vermin, as a dangerous microbe, or insect that only looks human is - “why.” Why did a so-called intellectual nation turn into killing machines. 

The Holocaust was not a war like other wars where it’s about winning and gaining land, power, riches, or conversion to another religion. This was about the perpetrators exterminating Jews. That was the end goal. But, why? Why did this happen? How could such a monumental crime happen? How was such a nightmare possible in the heart of western civilization.

Professor McMillan holds a Ph.D. in German history from Columbia University and a law degree from Fordham University. He has worked as a history professor, and prosecuting attorney. Professor McMillan had a strong need to understand the Holocaust and it has shaped his life since he was 14 years of age when he first read about the tragedy, and he became fluent in German. The professor published a book HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN that explains the Holocaust.
He explained that the Nazis did not consider their actions as murder, and shared as he did in his book about a commanding officer of two death camps who referred to his work as human relations! The professor discussed how some of the Nazis related to their prisoner Jews, how they turned some into their assistants - to help with their killings. 

This was a Genocide like no other, and Professor McMillan talked about how Hitler and his bizarre and obsessive hatred for Jews caused such atrocities that were carried out by seemingly educated and sophisticated people, and how he went from becoming der Fuhrer, the leader to a dictator, and to a mythic figure by millions of people who were so devoted to him.

At The Hour Between Dog and Wolf is the story of a twelve-year-old Parisian Jewish girl in World War II France, living “in hiding” as a
Catholic orphan with a family in a small village. When Danielle Marton’s father is killed during the early days of the German Occupation, her mother sends her to live in a quiet farming town near Limoges in Vichy France. Now called Marie-Jean Chantier, Danielle struggles to balance the truth of what’s happened to her family and her country with the lies she must tell to keep herself safe. At first, she’s bitter about being left behind by her mother, and horrified at having to milk the cow and memorize Catholic prayers for church. But as the years pass and the Occupation worsens, Danielle finds it easier to suppress her former life
entirely, and Marie-Jean becomes less and less of an act. By the time she’s fifteen and there is talk amongst the now divided town of an Allied invasion, not only has Danielle lost the memories of her father’s face and the smell of her mother’s perfume, but her very self, transforming into a devout Catholic—and an anti-semitic, fervent disciple of fascism.

 During the interview Tara talked about her personal life and how she came up with the idea for this story, why the story is set in WWII France, as opposed to another occupied country.

Remember the letter signed by 50 intelligence officials, claiming the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation?

It turns out that letter was a fraud, organized by Antony Blinken, a top Biden campaign adviser. That is according to testimony from a former CIA DIrector.

In addition, Attorney General Merrick Garland allegedly lied to Congress, when he claimed that the prosecutor investigating Hunter Biden has the freedom to charge the president’s son with any crimes.

According to an IRS whistleblower, Garland will never allow Hunter Biden to be charged with a crime, and repeatedly lied under oath.

Debt ceiling hike

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy released his plan to raise the debt ceiling by $1.5 trillion for about a year while attempting to repeal major components of President Joe Biden’s agenda.

McCarthy said the bill, called the Limit, Save, Grow Act of 2023, would save American taxpayers more than $4.5 trillion by limiting discretionary spending, retrieving unspent pandemic-related funds, eliminating Biden’s student loan forgiveness plan and cutting funds earmarked for the Internal Revenue Service.

Friedlander said, “That is the life I chose. I have learned that in the public square people will criticize, no skin off my back.”

In reference to his encounter and subsequent tweet implying that he wants to build a relationship, Ezra defended himself, saying, “I never said I wanted to develop a relationship, I said I laid the foundation for possible communication down the road.”

He added, “If you read my tweet, I did not set out on a mission to establish a relationship with Omar or Tlaib, that was not my intention, it is not my goal. I am a lobbyist who spends a considerable amount of time in Washington. I was invited to meet with Congressman Andre Carson, I was told he was going to be at an Iftar, and the person arranging the meeting asked me if I wanted to join at the Iftar, she brought me as a guest.”

“I asked her who was coming to the event, she said that there would be staffers as well as Muslim congress people, including Tlaib and Omar. I did not wake up and say I’m going to have a relationship with these 2 people. I walked into the room, it was not a big crowd, 50-60 people, they were walking around and I introduced myself.”

He continued, “It wasn’t a meeting, I said to myself and I believe it was the right thing to do, my objective is always to meet people and develop relationships with members of congress as a lobbyist.”

“There was an opportunity that presented itself, I introduced myself, I said there are obviously a lot of areas where I disagree with you, but you do have a powerful voice. I said that for a reason. Words matter.”

Friedlander also noted that he is not an askan or someone who represents a Jewish organization, rather a private businessman. “I’m not responsible for the entire Jewish community, I am my own person representing myself and my clients”

Asked about the squad members’ track record of anti-Jewish comments, he said,“It is obvious they have both made statements that are beyond the pale…it is inexcusable.”

He was asked if he thinks they are antisemites.

“The word antisemite means I hate you because you are a Jew. I don’t think they see a Jew and hate them. Most people have a certain level of prejudice…it is natural…when you use the word antisemite it is a very strong word and we use it so liberally…we have to be very careful how we use that word.”

Zach and Eli, two single young men, launched this initiative to encourage kosher hotels to host shidduch-aged boys for free, if they agree to date girls staying at the hotel.

The program’s website gives the following mission statement: Red Sea Singles was founded with a single mission in mind. To help single shidduch-ages girls meet great guys in the casual, no-pressure setting Pesach retreats.”

Zach and Eli came up with the idea initially because they had no plans for Pesach. Both recently transitioned from yeshiva to the business world and took an entrepreneurial course, helping them focus on how to solve problems in creative ways. As they were brainstorming about Pesach plans, it occurred to them that bringing single boys to a kosher hotel would be a great way to help girls find their match, which could have huge repercussions for girls struggling to find a shidduch.

The two men recognized this could be a valuable strategy, enabling girls who would otherwise have difficulty finding dates to get onto the radar of eligible boys.

In addition, Eli and Zach envision Red Sea Singles as having the potential to help other girls who are struggling. They hope to expand their program to help out-of-town communities attract single boys to spend Shabbos, if they agree to date local girls while they are there.

In this interview, the two founders responded to claims made by a letter-writer to a news website, who felt this initiative is just a gimmick designed to exploit the Shidduch crisis for personal gain.

In the process, Natasha, who is Jewish, and her colleagues faced the assassinations of their broadcast partners, a car bombing, and the takeover of the show’s production office by Russian soldiers with AK47s.

 The book captures the occurrences of a disagreement creating a fun, educational children’s television show against the violent backdrop of 1990s Moscow. The show is off the air now, but its legacy—the Ulitsa Sezam (Sesame Street) generation—remains. We see it in the Russians walking out of Russia because they oppose Putin’s war and do not want to fight, and we see it on the Ukrainian side—the same age cohort, fighting for their freedom.

Since its release, the book has been covered in The Wall Street Journal, The Guardian, Vulture, and on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” among others. 

Natasha Lance Rogoff is an award-winning American television producer, filmmaker, and journalist who has produced television news and documentaries in Russia, Ukraine, and the former Soviet Union for CBS, NBC, ABC, and PBS. Lance Rogoff executive produced Ulitsa Sezam, the Russian adaptation of Sesame Street, between 1993 and 1997. She also produced Plaza Sesamo in Mexico. In addition to her television work, Lance Rogoff has reported on Soviet underground culture as a documentary
director and magazine and newspaper writer for major international media outlets. 

Today, Lance Rogoff produces content for television and digital platforms and is the CEO and founder of an ed-tech company. An associate fellow in Harvard University’s Art, Film, and Visual Studies department, she divides her time between Cambridge, MA and New York City.

Natasha talked about what she envisioned for this production before things went crazy, and why she chose to produce a Sesame Street type of show. 

Natasha described the most difficult part of this assignment, and the difficulties she faced working in Russia. 

She explained why this production of a Russian Sesame Street got so dangerous, and how a backer who was going to come in with a million dollars for the show was blown up in his car. 

The show concluded with Natasha’s message of what she would most like people to understand about the Russian people and their country.

The book is titled A Tale of Love and Destiny and follows a remarkable young woman through a failed marriage into the turmoil of war, heroism and espionage. The story is based in what was then called Palestine during World War One, and how the dedication and
courage of Sarah helped pave the way for the creation of the Jewish State.

Barry discussed what motivated him to write the story about Sarah Aaronsohn. Though the facts are true, this is a novel. He gave the behind the scenes background of this novel from his perspective. 

Barry, talked in great detail about who Sarah Aaronsohn was as a person before she became a heroine, how it all came to be, and what her life was like. He described it all by the full glimpse into that part of her life.

Barry fascinates people by the information he exposes about Israel, that some may otherwise not be aware of. And that is what he always does. He reveals what the mainstream media hides or pretends does not exist.  

Baila Sebrow from The Definitive Rap Show sat down with Jonathan Tobin editor-in-chief of JNS, a senior contributor for The Federalist and a columnist for the New York Post, Newsweek and Haaretz to talk about how the public was failed during the

Mr. Zeldin blasted Governor Hochul’s failed policies, as well as her throwing the orthodox Jewish community under the bus. He reaffirmed his staunch support of yeshiva education as well as his strong partnership with the orthodox and Chassidic communities.

Regarding the unprecedented support he has received from virtually every segment of the frum community, Zeldin said, “Albany declared a war on yeshiva education, we are seeing higher antisemitism on the streets. And the orthodox community has decided ‘Enough’-- we are not going to take it.”

He continued, “I can't wait to continue this partnership [with orthodox Jews] which started before I was even born. My great-grandfather was an orthodox rabbi in brooklyn, the “Frierdike Rebbe” (Rav Yosef Yitzchak Schneersohn of Chabad) sent him a letter in the 1930’s thanking him for his efforts fighting for yeshiva education. My mother was a fourth grade yeshiva teacher, I will be honored to serve as the first republican Jewish governor of New York…I look forward to championing the story of yeshiva education.”

He said, “Kathy Hochul has failed, she said it was getting too hot so she preferred not to comment [on yeshivas], she said this is not within the governor’s purview…I look forward on day one to doing absolutely everything in my power to work with the orthodox jewish community, the Chassidic community…”

“She [Hochul] says our efforts fighting crime is a conspiracy, and that we are ‘data deniers’. She went to CNN and continued that line, but she did not realize that on CNN it was a split-screen, the other half of the screen showing different categories of crime going up, and then she digs the hole even deeper, she goes on MSNBC and the host cuts her off and says ‘people don’t feel safe, I don’t ride the subway, when I go to a pharmacy everything is locked up…’”

The NYT and other media outlets are relentlessly focused on Kanye. Yet they ignore BDS supporters like Ilhan Omar, AOC, and antisemites like Sharpton and Farrakhan. Why the bogus double standard?

Steve Bannon is going to jail for not testifying before Congress. Yet mo Democrat has ever gone to jail for this offense. Baila Sebrow, host of The Definitive Rap sat down with Talia Rapps the founder of the Butterfly Charity Foundation which has produced both the total revolution conference a Jewish women’s empowerment
conference and The Spiritual Experience Events.  

 Talia discussed educating the world on the
beauty of spirituality illuminated through the Bible, how she came to do this, and where this force within her is coming from.

 Barry explained how the Palestinian Islamic Jihad and Hamas have spread their influence throughout the territory governed by the Palestinian Authority and President Biden’s two-street solution on 1967 lines, and the security issues it will potentially pose.

He also talked about how after Israel fought a three-day battle with the terror group in the Gaza Strip, Defense Minister Benny Gantz accused Iran of funding Palestinian Islamic Jihad tens of million dollars a year, and that the U.S. Justice Dept. charged a member of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps with plotting to assassinate former President Donald Trump’s National Security advisor John Bolton, in an apparent retaliation for the U.S. airstrike that killed Qasem Soleimani. 

Barry believes that Israel’s biggest problem is the  U.S. appeasement of Iran. 

Barry also discussed the Likud primaries shaking up the party’s Knesset slate.
